CUSTOM CLEARANCE
The customs clearance process can take under 24 hours, depending on the product type and customs workload. However, if a shipment is flagged or if customs processing is backed up, it may take several days. It's imperative that you send us shipping documents as quickly as possible to ensure immediate processing. Which in turn can mitigate storage, demurrage, and late fees
Once the CBP has released your shipment, we will send you a notification containing Customs Release Documents (CBP Form 7501 – Entry Summary, CBP Form 3461 – Cargo Release, and ABI Messages).
